Love my Maddie Girl!

The term "apple doesn't fall far from the tree" doesn't even begin to describe Erin Stephenson's mini-me. When I hold Madelyn, I feel her rubbing my back (like I still feel any time her mom sits by me). Madelyn is very funny and if she hears you laugh, she ups her game (another tactic of Erin - she gets out the cough-laugh when she gets cranked up and we are all done from there - it is laughing for at least 20 minutes and at least a dozen tears each from laughing so hard). She is a trip and I am so excited to watch her grow!

Sorry you got another picture of me in here, but this shows just show sweet and loving she is. Madelyn hugs and loves on me like her mom does!

I love little girls in sailor outfits. Grandma Mary Fran got Madelyn this cutie-patootie outfit, so I told Erin she had to put Maddie in it so we could take some pictures!

A sprinkle for baby Logan . . . .

We decided to have a small "sprinkle" for Erica to help welcome baby Logan. Hard to believe we only have a few weeks left until he will be here! We had doughnuts and cupcakes, punch and good friends. Riley joined us and told everyone how excited he is to be a big brother!

You just don't get any cuter than this! Amber will be ready to welcome baby MaCallen in July (http://www.themcmillians2007.blogspot.com/). I took another cute one showing their bellies, but I decided I would show the world the fully-clothed version!

Love this onsie!

Apparently Amy and Erica stop at Price Chopper on their way to work to get sprinkled doughnuts everyday . . . .

A Daughter is a blessing . . . .

Erin's sister is expecting a daughter in a few weeks, so we got together to shower her with a few gifts. Therefore, I got to see some of my favorite daughters! Sweet Sydney, Madelyn and Bailey all got to play together while all of us big girls talked babies!

Our First Royals Game of 2009!

Jeremy, Meghan, Erica, Russell and I went out to the all new Kauffman Stadium to watch the Royals. The new stadium is AWESOME! JD and I got new hats for the occasion!

Love Birds

The pool at 120 is now open! And it is thanks to these love birds that we have such a beautiful place to waste sunny summer days away! My parents will be married 33 years on August 9th and I would have to say that they are more in love than any two people I have ever seen. They set a perfect example for all of us on how to love!

Riley Rules!

Erica and Russell Beck are a fixture at 120 (my parents' house) and their cutie pie Riley loves to look at himself in my mom's uber-shiny black fridge. He can sit there for what seems like forever staring at himself and laughing! Wonder if new baby Logan is going to find it as funny . . .

Riley got new eye patches to strenghten his weak eye and he is not thrilled to wear them. He is just too sweet for words!

The Big-E-Doo

I stopped by Brad and Rachel Doughty's house the other night and was greeted at the door by their little princess Ava in none other than the pink-est tu-tu I have ever seen! She was very excited to see her "Aunt Sass" and wanted to show me her 3D sidewalk chalk (very cool stuff BTW!). I purposely brought my camera because she is just too cute for words!

This is my absolute FAVORITE!

I told Ava that she was the perfect little Cyndi Lauper in her white leggings and pink tu-tu. She looked at me like I was crazy!

Sheri's Cutie-Patootie Trio

Jeremy's mom has a huge Easter Egg hunt every year for the kids that go to her daycare. It is a huge wonderful party. I went to help her as much as I could and had to take my camera since it was a perfect day out. Here are a few pictures of the Blankenship kids. I have been friends with their parents since Kindergarten - this is something they all three have heard a hundred times!

Tyler looks so much like his dad!

Shyanne is on the left with her friend Paige.
Chase acts so much like his dad Jereme! He is and will always be Sheri's wild child. Too cute!

Huh?

This is my favorite picture of the squirrel. I am not sure what I was doing to get him to do this, but it will probably never happen again when I have my camera in my hand!

Love her!

Bailey Silcott loves to come to my parents' house for Sunday dinner. She happened to be there on the day I got my camera, so I took TONS of pictures of her. This is the one that shows just how cute she is the best!

The Dasherita

This is my baby. We have had Dash for about a year and he definitely rules our house! He is not what one would call a "good" dog - he likes to potty on the floor (apparenly it is hard to house break dachshunds - who knew?!?), he likes to bark at everything, he takes over the MIDDLE of our tiny little bed. But, he is the best little snuggler ever and he is just too cute, so he is here to stay. I think he needs a sister, but Jeremy says no more wiener dogs!
